MACBOOK PRO + BLACKBERRY CAKE
For a girl turning who is turning to 12. Cake is reflecting her birthday presents. Apple Macbook pro and blackberry phone.
12 inch -25 cm square chocolate cake with chocolate cream filling and chocolate chips. Covered with red fondant and embossed to give quilting effect.Blackberry, shaped from sugar paste. Apple Macbook pro is cut from card board and sugar paste covered, paint with metallic luster.

my first corporate cake.
This cake has a very special place as it was my first corparate cake. Vanilla sponge cake and vanilla cream with strawberry filling.
Loyens and Loeff are opening their new office in DIFC with lot of VIP guests. They wanted to cut a cake at the opening.
I just repeat the image on the invitation on top of the cake.
