TURKISH & OTTOMAN ANTIQUITIES COOKIES.

This is a very special order. My distinguish client ask me to make cookies to represent special antiquities of Turkey and Ottoman Empire.
She saw my kaftan cookies and ask me if I can make a platter for a special gift.
Kaftans, Tulips, Iznik tiles, Evil eyes, whirling dervishes, Alems (Crescent on top of the mosques) and Darboush (Fes which is not used in Turkey any more).

I am very much proud to say that this cookie platter is going to be a gift for the Abu Dhabi Royal Family.
